Description
Prince Edward Island oysters at their finest! As the name implies these oysters are grown in Cascumpec Bay and have a sweet, mildly-briny, and have a medium to firm texture. These oysters have a round, heavy, cocoa-brown shell with a lovely glistening meat.
Small choice oysters range in size from 3″ – 3.5″
All oysters are shipped in insulated packaging with ice.
