Description
The peat moss of Foxley River gives the shells of these oysters their brown colouring and much of its flavour. These oysters are tumbled to create their round and heavy shell – making them the perfect cocktail oyster.
These oysters are a great introduction oyster for the beginning oyster lover. Their smaller size make them a more approachable oyster to eat and their heavy shell makes for easier shucking.
Cocktail oysters range in size from 2.5″ – 3″
All oysters are shipped in insulated packaging with ice.
