With a similar taste profile to our small choice oysters – our large choice are also grown in Cascumpec Bay. They have a round, heavy, cocoa-brown shell with a lovely glistening meat. While the taste profile of oysters can vary with environmental factors these oysters generally have a sweet and mild-briny flavour.
The size of these oysters make them the perfect option for summer time grilling.
Large choice oysters range in size from 3.5″ – 4.5″
All oysters are shipped in insulated packaging with ice.
